Role Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of technology-focused projects involving physical installations and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to manage project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Utilise project management tools to plan and allocate resources, setting clear deadlines and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Work closely with the technical team to scope, test, and deliver software and hardware solutions.
• Manage client communications, provide updates, and handle change requests effectively.
• Oversee logistics, including hardware purchasing, transport bookings, and team travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Report on project budgets and accounting to ensure financial targets are met.
• Propose and implement improved systems and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support technical installations via the shared Support Desk as needed.
