Senior Property Associate - qed legal : Job Details

I have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Associate to join the Development and Investment team in the Birmingham office of a Top 50 firm. My client are looking for ambitious team players with strong development and investment property experience to take on a high value and complex caseload consisting of real estate work across a variety of sectors.The successful candidate can expect to work on work relating to:

• Development - public and private sector developer clients on residential, commercial and mixed use projects
• Investments - supporting large national investor clients on their projects; assistance concerning asset management, financing work, and acquisition and disposal strategies
