Senior Property Manager - Essex - c£50k - office based

We’re working with an Essex based, regional property services group who require an additional senior property manager as follows:

• Full time office based (Coastal Essex)
• Might suit an EXISTING Senior PM (looking to move into a bigger/independent environment) OR a highly experienced Property Manager looking to step up.
• Managing/Mentoring the PM/Assistant PM team alongside a key, local portfolio
• Clients include Developers, Freeholders and RMC’s (the portfolio is sufficiently diverse to add to your skillset whilst providing enough diversity to maintain daily interest/challenges)
• Duties will include staff mentoring/management, the full range of property management tasks (budgets, major works, insurance etc) as well as client liaison (at all levels, including handover and developer liaison prior to initial release)
• An accountable, confident and customer focused approach is essential, as is a thorough understanding of all relevant Landlord & Tenant law / leasehold regulation (including H&S and Fire Safety)
• Professional qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential, our client will support those keen to obtain them (IRPM/RICS) in post

Suitable Senior Property Manager’s will have at least 5 years property management experience and come from a stable career background with broad exposure to a wide range of property and client types.

Salary for the successful Senior Property Manager will start at up to £55k basic plus pension with a competitive holiday entitlement and structured career path.
