CambridgeSenior Property Manager£30,000 - £32,500 Basic SalaryWe are on the lookout for a Senior Property Manager to join a thriving market leading independent agent in the city of Cambridge.My client is hugely successful in the city and is looking for someone highly experienced in Lettings or Property Management, who can head up and oversee their Property Management department. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience within property management, who is capable and able to deliver a first class customer experience. Duties Include:

• Keeping tenants and landlords updated on all activity
• Liaising with contractors to arrange for works to be carried out
• Dealing with any issues that arise on properties 
• Undertake property inspections and inventories

• Minimum 2 to 3 years working within property management
• Thorough in your work and an eye for detail
• Great at communicating 
• The ability to deliver first class customer service at all times
