About the Role:As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of developing a suite of modern, cloud-native applications that empower investment teams. From translating business needs into cutting-edge technical solutions to ensuring the scalability and performance of our systems, you’ll be key in delivering innovative tools that support a fast-paced financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-based applications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including quantitative researchers, portfolio managers, and analysts, to address complex technical challenges.
• Mentor junior engineers, ensuring code quality and the implementation of best practices across the team.
• Play a pivotal role in full-stack development, with a focus on backend systems and data analytics.
• Drive key architectural decisions that will define the future of our technical landscape.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Extensive experience with Python and its key frameworks/libraries.
• Proven expertise in building containerized applications and deploying them on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
• Experience with Linux environments, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in asset management, hedge funds, or investment banking is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
