Your new roleYour new role will be as a senior nursery practitioner who will be responsible for leading the team and working closely with management. The role will be the third in charge, and will be brilliant for someone looking to take the next step in their career in early years. What you'll need to succeedThis nursery is looking for a Level 3 qualified senior practitioner to join their team. The successful candidate will have excellent team working skills, to work with the wider team to support the children in their care. They will need to be able to be creative and nurturing when supporting children. You will need to have excellent knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
