Join our client in Andover, Hampshire as a Senior Quality Engineer to drive excellence in both supplier and plant quality for an innovative manufacturing business that provides solutions in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you’ll work closely with a small, collaborative team to enhance quality through hands-on investigations, supplier audits, and cross-functional problem-solving.

Senior Quality Engineer - Role Highlights:

• Hands-On Quality Leadership: Actively troubleshoot issues across manufacturing, product development, and supplier quality—on-site and beyond just paperwork.
• Supplier & Plant Quality: Lead the improvement of supplier relationships and quality processes, ensure component compliance, and drive corrective actions.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion root cause analysis, manage non-conformance reporting, and develop supplier processes to prevent recurrence and reduce costs.

Senior Quality Engineer - What we are looking for:

• Engineering degree or 5+ years in a quality role within manufacturing.
• Certified Lead Auditor with ISO 9001 knowledge.
• Skilled in 8D, 5Y, FMEA, and practical problem-solving, able to adapt and thrive in a small, hands-on team.

Senior Quality Engineer - What’s on offer:

• Salary: £40K - £48K + 8% annual bonus (company performance-based).
• Benefits: 4% flexible benefits (can be taken as a salary top up, dental, healthcare etc - your choice), 7% company pension contribution, 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
• Hours: Mon-Thurs 08:30-17:30, Fri 08:30-15:30.
