Senior Quantity Surveyor Purley£60,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Private Healthcare + Progression + TrainingThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing Main Contractor where you will be working on a variety of projects in the Commercial and Residential sector, all whilst having the opportunity to progress to Commercial Manager and build a team around you.Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience within the Construction industry? With projects differing from High End and Social Housing projects to both Cat A and Cat B fit out for a mixture of clients. This dynamic company are flexible in their offerings in services as they can act as both Main and Subcontractor to their clients. This has found them success, so they have a full workbook for the future, that it is why they are looking add to their dynamic workforce with this great opportunity.In this role, you'll take on a number of responsibilities starting from managing both new and existing tenders and finding opportunities for new business. Once finding a new opportunity you'll be responsible for bidding and taking the successful bid through to the construction phase. You will also be responsible for liaising with on-site teams to prepare labour and materials for the projects. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you'll be working with in-house, on-site teams and clients to ensure the project is completed within budget and help solve any problems as the arise.Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor with experience in the construction industry who can win and price projects. You will also need a full UK drivers license to be able to travel to the sites in and around the London area.This is a great opportunity to join a growing Main Contractor where you will work on diverse projects in the Commercial and Residential sectors, all whilst having the opportunity to be a key factor in a growing company as you progress your career.
