Senior Quantity Surveyor - Construction Consultancy LondonI am currently working on an exclusive and unique opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing, dynamic construction consultancy with a great reputation for quality and delivering excellence. You'll work on challenging projects for a wide range of interesting clients.About the Role:As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing cost plans, estimates, and budgets for construction projects
• Procurement and contract management
• Change control and valuation of variations
• Final account preparation and negotiation
• Providing expert quantity surveying advice to clients

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Strong technical quantity surveying skills and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction-related discipline
• Membership of a professional body such as RICS
