An innovative and rapidly expanding Construction Consultancy is on the hunt for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their successful and growing office in central Manchester.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This dynamic consultancy boasts a strong presence with five offices across the UK and a team of over 250 professionals. The Manchester office is at the heart of their expansion plans, and as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in helping the team grow from 10 to 15-20 surveyors in the next year.

You'll work closely with the Directors on delivering high-value projects of up to £100 million across a diverse range of sectors, including Education, Health, Heritage, Hotel & Leisure, Industrial, Residential, Retail, and Commercial Offices. This role will give you the platform to lead projects and be part of something big as the Manchester office continues to thrive.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will be ready to step into a leadership role, taking charge of projects from inception to completion. You'll also have:

• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• Confident running projects independently from inception to completion
• Strong Pre and Post contract experience
• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role with a UK Consultancy
• Project Management or Employers Agent experience is highly desirable (or someone with the desire to get involved in more project management)
