A globally recognised Construction & Property Consultancy, boasting a nationwide presence with over 15 offices, is looking to add a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Manchester.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a vibrant, energetic, and highly collaborative team in Manchester, working on an exciting portfolio of projects across the North.

This role offers a balanced hybrid working environment, with a couple of days each week in the office to foster team culture and enjoy social activities, while the remainder can be spent working from home.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage and contribute to a variety of high-profile projects, including Commercial Office fit-outs, new build and fit-out Warehouses, Business Centres, Offices, Industrial new builds, Residential developments, Student Accommodation, and Extra Care schemes.

Ideally, you will have a strong technical background, with experience in Quantity Surveying being essential, and be driven to achieve Chartership if not already. The company provides extensive support and resources to help you reach this professional milestone.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• A RICS Accredited degree qualification is highly beneficial
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
• Eager to build relationships with clients
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• Comfortable managing a small team
• A successful track record running construction projects from inception to completion
