An independent, award-winning Construction Consultancy is looking to recruit a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to elevate their flourishing Birmingham team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The appointed Senior Quantity Surveyor will collaborate with a leading Partner who oversees a diverse portfolio of projects, including Mixed-Use, Residential, Commercial Office, Education, Hotel, Leisure, and Retail schemes.

Based in Birmingham, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid model 2-3 days per week, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage an exciting variety projects in a client-facing role, supported by junior surveyors.

This position offers excellent opportunities for career progression, with a clear path to Associate Director. In addition to leading a talented team, the role involves business development, networking, and the chance to significantly contribute to the firm's growth in the region. You'll be part of a dynamic team, helping to drive the company's exciting vision and objectives forward.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Experience working within a UK Construction Consultancy
• A RICS accredited degree qualification
• A successful track record delivering projects
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• MRICS ideally or working towards
