A dynamic Quantity Surveying Consultancy with an extensive portfolio of commercial projects is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester team and make an immediate impact.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a team of 16 (with 4 Quantity Surveyors based in Manchester), this is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is keen to take the next step toward becoming an Associate Director, with the drive and ambition to make a significant impact on the business and the team.

The role will involve managing junior Quantity Surveyors, helping to deliver a range of diverse projects, and overseeing a small team. You will be working closely with funders, developers, and large corporate clients, focusing on the professional side of the industry rather than site-based roles.

Projects will span a variety of sectors, including Industrial (with a lot of upcoming work), Office fit-outs, Residential, as well as involvement in development monitoring, feasibility studies, and more. This position offers exposure to high-profile projects, giving you the opportunity to develop and manage key client relationships while growing within the organization, as well as being an integral part of growing the Leeds team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS / eager to complete / currently working towards
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
• Eager to build relationships with clients
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• Comfortable managing a small team with the desire to grow the team long term
• A successful track record running jobs from start to finish
