A renowned Property & Construction Consultancy is looking to recruit an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their established team in Glasgow.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor RoleAs part of this growing team, the incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead an exciting array of projects across sectors which includes a mix of refurbishment and new builds. Sectors include: Higher and Further Education, Local Authority, Residential, Social Housing, Private Houses, Hotel and Leisure, Commercial Developments, Retail, Community projects and Restoration/Conservation.

You'll provide essential cost management services, oversee junior surveyors, and engage directly with clients to deliver successful projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• A strong Quantity Surveying background within UK Construction Consultancies
• Experience managing small teams or a desire to do so is beneficial
• A successful track record leading projects to completion
• A valid UK driving license
