Senior Quantity Surveyor - PW Construction Recruitment : Job Details

Job Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor 

Area: City of London

Salary: £55k – £75k + Travel Paid

We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of the largest contractors, specialising in Groundworks & Civils engineering projects This will be based in their London office and covering sites in London.

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on construction projects, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy in project budgets.

Position Requirements

• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
• Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Proficiency in Cost Planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
