Senior Quantity Surveyor - Brandon James Ltd : Job Details

An approachable and personable Quantity Surveying team in London is on the lookout for a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor with long-term career aspirations to join their growing Cost Management team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on an exciting array of projects, including:

• Mixed-use developments
• Heritage schemes
• Schools
• Major masterplans

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will naturally take lead on selected projects, whilst also collaborating as part of a team on others.

Outside of being the project lead, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on a key leadership role by mentoring Assistant Quantity Surveyors through their APC and guiding them on pre- and post-contract work.

There is also the opportunity to get involved in business development, working on bids and interviews.

Location: London

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000
