Senior Quantity Surveyor - Growing Consultancy in Cambridge

A forward-thinking and ambitious Quantity Surveying consultancy in Cambridge is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a PQS/Consultancy background to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving firm with significant growth plans and a strong project pipeline.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a dynamic and collaborative team of eight professionals, working primarily across Healthcare and Residential projects. With over 60 live projects and new schemes being secured daily, this consultancy has doubled its turnover in the past year and is set to do the same again. Their ambitious growth plans include doubling the team by the end of 2025, making this an ideal time to join and take advantage of the career progression opportunities on offer.

This role also comes with a unique performance-based bonus structure-a 10% bonus on any new business brought in and a 5% annual retention bonus for maintaining strong client relationships. This ensures that hard work in both business development and client satisfaction is recognised and rewarded.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS accredited degree qualification
• Healthcare or Residential experience is highly desirable
• A successful track record leading projects to completion
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• MRICS is highly desirable
• The desire to grow long term with a firm
