The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take the lead on a diverse range of projects across heritage, high-end residential, leisure, and university sectors. You'll be trusted to manage projects independently, working closely with clients while delivering high-quality cost management services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to make a real impact within a growing consultancy. You'll be part of a tight-knit team, enjoy hybrid working, and have a clear pathway to Director level.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

he ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will be a proactive and experienced professional with strong project management skills. You should have:

• UK consultancy/private practice experience
• Ability to run projects independently
• Strong pre and post-contract experience
• Client-facing skills with excellent communication abilities
• MRICS is highly desirable but not crucial
