Responsibilities:

• Manage all costs relating to building projects, from initial calculations to final figures.
• Minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
• Prepare tenders and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Perform risk and value management and cost control.
• Advise on procurement strategy.
• Identify, analyse, and develop responses to commercial risks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.
