Our client are a Financial Services organisation, developing bespoke platforms (PaaS) in the Equities space for their capital markets clients. They have had a big influx of new clients and projects being onboarded.

Flat hierarchical structure, autonomy using the latest technology. Sub section that operates as its own separate entity within the big multinational.
