Senior Recruiter - Apprenticeships (UK Programmes)

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture connections with schools and organisations to attract diverse talent and achieve recruitment KPIs.
- Design and deliver impactful sourcing, insight, networking events, and presentations.
- Support candidates throughout their journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience to minimise offer reneges.
- Conduct a high volume of interviews during peak assessment periods.
- Manage the allocated budget, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking.
- Perform detailed analytics and reporting, providing real-time insights to the Apprenticeships & Internships/Placement Manager.
- Assist with various projects within the Early Talent Recruitment Team.
Candidate Management:
- Oversee pipelines for apprenticeship programmes, ensuring continuous engagement with candidates and delivering an exceptional experience.
- Track and report on pipeline metrics, such as source channel effectiveness, diversity statistics, assessment pass rates, and offer to renege, identifying and addressing any barriers in the recruitment process.
- Be present in the London office on Mondays and Fridays to assist with logistics and conduct interviews.
- Support the onboarding process and engage with new joiners to ensure a timely and efficient transition.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with stakeholders, hiring managers, and third-party partners.
- Engage faculty at all levels to deliver customised events, both in-person and virtually.
- Develop strong partnerships with schools to enhance brand visibility and attract diverse candidates.
Skills/Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of the Early Talent recruitment market and current student job search trends.
- Working knowledge of UK Apprenticeship funding rules and regulations.
- Familiarity with best practices in selection, interviewing, and assessment, including data privacy, equal opportunities, and the ability to manage multiple pipelines effectively.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis skills to identify trends.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing demands.
