Senior Recruitment Consultant - EU or USA - Franklin Fitch : Job Details

We are on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to to join our Contract team. Following on from a successful 2024 where we doubled our Contractor base, we are looking to grow the team further! We have postions in both our EU Team and US Team both running out of our fantastic Oval office

Working with businesses large and small across a wide range of sectors on the US and EU market, we are a boutique technology recruitment business that boasts a lively atmosphere in London (Oval).

The role:

• Effectively identify growth clients and areas of opportunity for revenue and execute a penetration plan

• Actively sourcing on various career platforms to find the right talent for our clients

• Creating job advertisements on multiple platforms and social media sites

• Consistent client acquisition and management, including identifying new opportunities from market trends

• Advanced management, development, and re-generate your candidate pool covering your vertical market

• Participate in interviewing new candidates to contribute to sustainable growth within your teamMonitor and evaluate the performance of two mentees, including delivering morning set ups and daily analysis of KPIs

• Delivery of clear and productive feedback in response to listening sessions with ConsultantsDisplay best practices and identify improvements throughout the recruitment lifecycle
