Key Responsibilities:? Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their needs to provide perfect recruitment solutions.?? Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify top talent using various sourcing methods, conduct thorough screenings, and match candidates to the best roles.?? Full-Cycle Recruitment: Handle everything from the initial contact to job offers and onboarding, ensuring a smooth process for clients and candidates.?? Team Collaboration: Share insights, strategies, and best practices with the team for collective success.?? Mentorship: Guide and support junior consultants, helping them grow and succeed.?? Market Research: Stay ahead with the latest industry trends and market insights to deliver the best recruitment solutions.

Qualifications:?? Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.?? Strong grasp of recruitment processes and best practices.?? Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.?? Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.?? Experience in a B-Corp or socially responsible company is a plus.
