JDS Recruitment, a leading Education Recruitment Agency, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Primary Education team and support a warm desk and our schools across East London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new schools and educational institutions
• Advertise job opportunities and source the best candidates
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for roles
• Guide and advise candidates through the recruitment process
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven success in sales/recruitment with a solid track record
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities
• Results-driven with a passion for helping others
