As the Medical Recruitment Manager specialising in therapy and nursing roles, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier therapy and nursing professionals in various healthcare settings. You will work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing and Management:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified therapy and nursing professionals.
- Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and hiring managers.
- Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement.

- Market Research and Analysis:
