As a Senior Recruiter with Hays, you will be given the tools to succeed as well as have access to the UK's largest database of candidates and clients. As an experienced recruiter, you will be using your natural sales ability to engage with your clients and candidates, creating a lifelong partnership with them. You will be advising clients as to the market conditions, candidates available, and the best process.Procurement & Supply Chain is a strategic discipline with Hays as your clients and candidates could be responsible for buying recruitment services, so lifelong partnership is absolutely crucial to this area of the business. Not only could you be filling vacancies for your clients, you will also be obtaining and following up on broader leads such as PSL agreements, MSP models, and RPO contracts.

To succeed in this role, you will naturally be able to engage with people of all levels, both internally and externally, as well as have good telephone and email manner. You will absolutely have to show resilience as this is not an easy job.
