Purpose: Deliver exceptional service to clients and their advisers by developing and maintaining strong relationships and proactively meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for a diverse portfolio of Trusts, Companies, and other wealth structuring vehicles.
- Provide outstanding client service.
- Regularly communicate with clients and advisers to ensure expectations are met and provide timely, professional reports and information.
- Handle daily administrative tasks for trust corporate client entities.
- Promptly and professionally address client/internal requests, ensure proper documentation, and update client records.
- Coordinate with banks, investment managers, and other agents to manage and report on client assets, conducting regular reviews and reconciliations.
- Perform periodic reviews of client entities to ensure regulatory compliance and completion of administrative tasks.
- Accurately record tasks on timesheets for fee recovery.
- Meet efficiency targets and clear debtors as agreed.
Qualifications:
- STEP or ICSA qualified or part-qualified.
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- 3-5 years of technical trust experience managing a varied portfolio.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident with high-value clients and professionals.
- Ability to work under pressure, make decisions, and seek assistance when needed.
- Understanding of anti-money laundering legislation.
