Job title: Senior Rentals Negotiator / ValuerSalary: up to £25k OTE £45-£55KLocation: Watford

My client is looking for Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer to join their team, you will be responsible for booking property viewings, registering applications, identifying and then maximising business opportunities, valuing properties, whilst delivering a fantastic customer service both face-to-face and over the phone.The ideal candidate will possess experience in lettings & market appraisals, effective Landlord communication, client relationship management, property viewings and negotiations.

Duties:• Dealing with Landlord and Tenant enquiries • Preparation of lettings particulars, in conjunction with the Valuer, • Checking of background details and emailing relevant applicants when required• Arranging /conducting property viewings• Negotiating lets through to move in• Referencing potential tenants• Preparation of Tenancy Agreements and other legal notices• Assisting with business generation• Providing Applicants and Landlords with regular feedback• Research and compile valuations as required for new, current and potential clients
