Hyde is looking to recruit a Senior Research Executive.

As a Senior Research Executive at Hyde, you will be working within the Change Management Team to contribute to the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data, providing valuable customer insight and research to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Customer Researcher in delivering high-quality research projects with residents and colleagues.
• Carry out mixed-method research, including qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track survey results and customer insights.
• Analyse data to extract actionable insights for reporting, using market research and business data.
• Moderate focus groups to gather qualitative feedback.

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience in mixed-method research, dashboard creation and focus group moderation.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
