Senior Revit Technician – Birmingham– £35,000 - £50,000  ACR are working with a growing and ambitious building design consultancy who are actively expanding their Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) design team to cater for a huge increase in workload coming into the business. Working with SMEs to large corporations, this Senior Revit Technician will be taking lead on a variety of projects ranging from residential new builds through to hospital refurbishments.  Senior Revit Technician’s Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for a varied range of projects ranging from stage 2 through to stage 5 design projects to produce highly detailed models of building works
• Utilising Revit on a daily basis to create BIM models for clients to review prior to works taking place
• Working as part of a larger team of building modelling experts to coordinate efficient, cost effective and sustainable designs
• Mentoring junior technicians to support their daily works whilst acting as a subject matter expert for others to learn from
• Deliver projects within tight timeframes whilst keeping the client updated with design progress

  Skills & Experience Required as a Senior Revit Technician:

• Previous experience using Revit to create detailed design work
• Must have Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) design experience
• Need to be able to attend the Birmingham office twice a week with flexible to work remotely
• Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage your workload effectively
• Must have full right to work in the UK

• Starting salary of between £35,000 - £50,000 dependent upon experience
