The role is hybrid in London.Role & Responsibilities:* Analyse and assess risks within businesses* Implement risk management strategies and controls* maintenance anfd improvement of risk management framework* Provide recommendations for mitigating risks and improving processes* Collaborate with stakeholders at different levels to ensure compliance with regulationsKey Skills:* Experience in 2nd Line Risk * Knowledge of Operational Risk and Scenario Analysis, GRC systems knowledge * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities* Ability to work effectively in a team environmentCandidate must have at least 3-5 years an operational risk role and MUST have insurance / reinsurance industry experience.
