Senior room leader for school in Birmingham - Connaught Resourcing : Job Details

We are urgently seeking an experienced Level 3 or above Senior room leader for a school in Birmingham.

Overview of Role:

• Level 3 qualification required
• £24,852.00 salary (£13 per hour)
• Term-time only with a requirement to work during Holiday Club for four weeks during the school holidays. Extra shifts during holiday periods will be available.30-37.5 hours a week or
• All-year round with 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays to be taken during school holiday periods
• A minimum of 4 days per week with two 6.00pm finishes, with the potential for further hours
• Career progression

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge with Safeguarding, be able to step up in the absence of Deputy manager, good communication skills and have a passion working with children under 2 in the baby room promoting high standards.
