Seeking an experienced Sales consultant to join the New Home Sales team for one of London's top developers. Join a prestigious team onsite at one of North London's Premium developments. Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct and Facilitate Viewings
• Lead Generation and Sales Progression
• Database and Enquiry Management
• Sales and Marketing Collaboration
• Content Creation and Promotion
• Networking and Relationship Building

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a customer facing sales role, property background preferred
• IT literate with using Microsoft office, Outlook, Excel.
• Comfortable with conducting virtual appointments for the development via Zoom and alterative applications
• Excellent communication, persuasive, positive attitude and personally presentable
• To maintain strong project administration and organisational skills being efficient with diary and time management operating in a structured approach

Package: 

• £34k basic
• £65k OTE
• 5 days per week working on a rota basis. Hours 9.30am – 6pm 
• 3 out of 4 weekends
• 25 days holiday (plus bank holiday days in lieu if worked
