Our client builds homes and neighbourhoods across London and the South of England. Their passion and purpose are to build quality homes and strengthencommunities.  A New Homes Consultant will play an important role in the Sales process, linking Customer Service and Sales acumen to foster the highest level of service for the Buyers.  Sales and Customer Service:o Engage with potential buyers, understand their needs, and provide detailedinformation about our developments.o Conduct viewings and tours of show homes and development sites.o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalisedservice and support.o Negotiate sales contracts and manage the sales process to completion.On offer:- Basic salary up to £32.000- £50,000-£65,000 OTE- Private Medical cover- Clear and transparent management structure and promotion opportunity.   LI-#LR1
