TRIP are currently recruiting a Senior Sales Consultant for a luxury interiors retailer for their store in Dorchester. The retailer has a stable and secure history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of growth with three new stores planned for the next two years.

This is not a KPI focused business, this is a genuine customer centric environment with premium brands such as Harrison, Parker Knoll, Ercol and G-Plan.The ideal Sales Consultant:- Must have experience in face to face sales (direct experience not essential)- Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport- Be confident and highly motivated- Be someone who aims to be a consistent high achiever; preferably with a track record from previous employment
