Senior Sales Executive required for a busy well established company in Royston.My client is seeking Sales Executives to join their successful, supportive and dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have direct outbound sales experience and a driven personality to be successful within the organisation.Key responsibilities of the Business Development and Sales Executive will include:
- Warm calling prospective clients
- Selling advertising and sponsorships within the health care sector
- Up-selling to existing clients
- Secure renewal clients across the portfolio whilst sourcing new business
- Achievement of personal and product targets
- Maintaining the high profile of the company throughout the industry through client visits and attendance at a range of industry events
- Assisting the Management team in coordinating the sales campaigns, identifying potential difficulties and providing solutions
- Using initiative to identify any potential new business streams and work with the management team to apply them to a sales campaign
