About Our Client:
They are a rapidly expanding B2B lead generation agency, specialising in email marketing and soon to be paid advertising.
What You’ll Do:
- Close client meetings from warm, inbound leads.
- Manage the initial sales process, securing deals and ensuring smooth handovers to the account management team for ongoing relationship building.
- Collaborate with their team to refine sales strategies and enhance results.
What They Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Starting at £35k base, with a realistic Year 1 OTE of £80k - £100k.
- Generous Commission Structure: Earn 10% on all sales up to £20k/month and 15% on all sales if above £20k/month (including the first £20k).
- Inbound Leads: They generate a significant volume of leads, so you’ll spend your time closing deals, not prospecting.
- Work-Life Balance: Monday to Thursday between 8:30am to 5:00pm, and Fridays between 8:30am to 2:00pm.
