Position: Senior Sales Executive (Senior Associate)Salary: £20,000 per annum basic, OTE £100,000 per annum + bonuses and incentivesCommission: 10% of the net fee from successful deals, with a minimum of £1,000 commission per sale.About the Role
We’re a fast-growing property investment company that’s making waves in the market with below-market value properties and land development opportunities. We're currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic growth and progression within the company, including the potential to move into a managerial position as the company continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with clients via face-to-face meetings and social media outreach.
- Register new clients daily and maintain an active pipeline of prospects.
- Make at least 50 calls a day to engage with potential clients.
- Present property deals and land development opportunities, tailoring offers to client needs.
- Conduct property viewings and client consultations to close deals.
- Work closely with the director to contribute to company expansion and daily reports.
- Help drive the growth and management of the sales team as the company grows.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in the property industry at a senior level (estate agent, assistant manager, or branch manager).
- Strong networking skills and ability to engage with clients both online and in person.
- Knowledge of property sales processes, land development, and real estate opportunities.
- Experience conducting viewings and securing offers from clients.
- A collaborative mindset and a drive to work alongside the director to hit company goals.
- Ideally, a background in estate agency or senior sales positions within property.
