• Building the largest active market share of any agent in the area.
• Maximising revenues and growing the property register.
• Developing exceptional client relationships to generate repeat business and recommendations.
• Driving branch profit and achieving financial targets.
• Managing and motivating your team through regular 1:1s, reviews, and daily meetings.
• Influencing results through strategic action planning and execution.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven Estate Agency experience, with a track record of success.
• Target-driven and tenacious, with leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to growing market share.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and business-use insurance.
• The right to work in the UK.

• Salary Range: Basic of £32k (DOE)
• Additional Compensation: Commission pay taking On Target Earnings (OTE) to £60K
