Their comprehensive package ensures a first-class experience, covering sales, acquisitions, country homes, farms, equestrian properties, historic homes, land and new homes, lettings, valuations, developments, consultancy, and mortgages.
They are currently seeking a high caliber sales negotiator for their prestigious estate agency in Chichester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and registering new applicants
- Organising and conducting viewings
- Maintaining regular contact with clients and applicants, noting all correspondence and communications
- Achieving monthly targets
- Arranging and conducting all viewings in line with clients' instructions
- Negotiating offers as instructed
- Gaining an in-depth understanding of the local marketplace to have an advantage over competitors
- Working closely with the manager to identify and maximise new business opportunities
- Exhibiting energy, drive, and a people-first approach
- Demonstrating strong organisation, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Being self-aware, a great team player, and collaborative with customers and colleagues
Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Outstanding customer service and sales skills
- Clear and professional communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in a negotiator role or sales environment, particularly in the property sector, is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Reapit
- Familiarity with social media, especially Instagram

- Ability to listen carefully to the needs of high-end buyers and sellers
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to spot opportunities
