Senior Sales Negotiator - Nouvo Recruitment (London) Ltd : Job Details

• Driver with own car - Mileage paid.
• Guaranteed Commission for the first Four months as kick start pipeline
• 5-day week (1 Saturday off each month)
• Must have a minimum 2 year’s industry experience and have valued/listed properties.
• On-going training Modules (in-house and location based)
• Car owner/clean licence
• Nest Pension offered.

Our client is a dynamic estate agency based in Middlesex. They are currently looking for a confident Sales Negotiator to hit the ground running. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced candidate to join a small team and become part of a proactive firm with a growing reputation. You will be working largely at the mid to high end of the market.

Tasks include:

• Arranging and attending viewings and managing daily enquiries
• Booking valuations and photoshoots
• Negotiating and progressing offers through to completion.
• Servicing the applicant database
• Proactively sourcing new business opportunities
• Building relationships with new and existing client
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years’ experience in Estate Agency
• Knowledge of the local area and a full UK driving licence with their own car.
