Role Overview
The Midlands Residential Development Sales team has firmly positioned itself as a market leader in new homes sales, marketing and development consultancy. A fantastic opportunity is available for a highly capable and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our busy and successful team based out of the Birmingham office. We are a high-performing, fast paced and friendly team selling new home developments across Birmingham the wider West Midlands region, with a great culture and environment. You will have autonomy to manage client and buyer relationships, deploy bespoke and creative sales and marketing strategies across our growing portfolio of developments to generate property viewings and drive sales. The role requires excellent organisation, outstanding customer service skills, teamwork and a good understanding of the Birmingham and wider Midlands residential market. This is a permanent position with the title of Associate or Associate Director, depending on experience, which will also determine the salary. Commission is paid monthly.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead and manage a selection of high-profile developments across various price points in Birmingham City Centre and affluent West Midlands suburbs. They will oversee day to day operational management of these developments, coordinating with onsite sales advisors and sales managers to ensure proactive marketing, sustained sales rates and price optimisation for each scheme. A proven track record in sales and marketing is essential, along with good working knowledge in consultancy, reporting and compliance.
