Senior Sales Negotiator - GCB Recruitment : Job Details

Our clients, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Brentwood Area, are looking to employ a Senior Sales Negotiator. If you are experienced and self-motivated, with the ability to sell and cover some listings, this role could be for you. 

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:

• Up to £25,000 basic salary
• £40,000 - £45,000 On Target Earnings
• Individual Sale Commission
• Individual Listing Commission
• 28 Days Holiday (Inc. Bank Holidays)
• 5 Day Work Week

Working Hours:

• Mondays – Friday | 08:30 – 18:00
• Every Saturday 09:00 – 17:00, with lieu day in week. 

Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years experience working as a Senior Negotiator or Valuer
• Ability to work within a team
• Ambition and be self-motivated

As a Senior Sales Negotiator your role will include but not be limited to:

• Successfully Negotiating offers
• Listing properties
• Calling out new properties to potential buyers
• Marketing updates to Vendors
