Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a driven Estate Agent to strengthen their team to help provide the best possible support to customers and clients in this varied and interesting role.

As an Estate Agent / Valuer you will:

• Book and carry out viewings on properties in the area
• Book and carry out valuations across the area and surrounding
• Generate and win new instructions
• Register applicants and take details, matching them to relevant properties
• Negotiate offers between purchasers and vendors.
• Data collection and input strategy information to build market knowledge
• Liaise between all parties until completion of a property

You will have the following skills / experience:

• Experience in the property industry
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Motivated and enthusiastic individual

Package: £26,000 - £28,000 + commission

OTE: £30,000 - £32,000
