THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Senior Sales Project Manager to drive sales growth and build strong client relationships.

This role involves managing existing accounts and generating new business leads, targeting exhibition design/build companies, full-service agencies, and select end users. You will lead sales initiatives, present products, manage objections, and maintain an active presence at industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

      Develop and manage a targeted list of leads to expand business opportunities.

Cultivate relationships with key accounts to maximize sales potential.

Introduce products through cold calling, outreach, and inbound inquiries.

Handle objections and provide solutions to support client decision-making.

Conduct in-person meetings, including domestic and international travel.

Oversee client-facing project management, quoting, and pitching.

With proven expertise in sales and project management, ideally within the events, exhibitions, or agency sectors, you'll bring strong communication and client engagement skills to this role. Your ability to connect with clients, build relationships, and navigate sales processes will be essential in driving business growth. Flexibility to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally, will support your success in engaging clients face-to-face, fostering deeper connections, and representing the company at events to maximize sales potential.

THE CANDIDATE

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, driven, and persuasive individual with a keen interest in emerging technologies such as virtual reality, esports, gaming equipment, and audio-visual technology.

The perfect candidate will have proven experience in telephone-based sales and an engaging phone manner, you bring high aspirations for substantial earnings and a strong ambition to advance your sales career. Self-motivated and exceptionally organized, you're resilient and comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers, CEOs, and managing directors. Your strong written communication skills complement your proficiency with Microsoft Office, and you have a solid understanding of current technologies, including VR and AV equipment, enabling you to effectively connect clients with cutting-edge solutions in the industry.
