Senior ServiceNow Developer

I am recruiting for a Senior ServiceNow Developer on behalf of a leading ServiceNow partner on the East Coast of the US. My client is looking to expand their team due to an ongoing period of success and growth.
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer, ITSM, ITOM & CSM are modules of interest. Due to the demands of the role, you will not only be developing on the platform day to day, but you will also take on consultative responsibilities that will mean you are managing and communicating with stakeholders throughout.
In this role you will:
- Deliver high quality ServiceNow code and customisation with appropriate documentation and testing
- Design and configuration of ITSM and other solutions within ServiceNow such as ITOM, CSM, etc while driving the overall implementation through to go-live.
- Utilise all sources of information and collaborate with colleagues to find the best solution for the customer Requirements
- Provide first-class customer service to internal and external customers.
- Lead client workshops to review and capture business requirements and convert them into technical requirements.
Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for:
- 2 or more years ServiceNow development and configuration experience
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, etc.
- Experience with web technologies XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc
- ServiceNow qualifications are advantageous, as is ITIL Certification.
