Role overview:

I am looking for a Senior Site Manager to join a huge Tier 1 contractor. As the Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in the successful delivery of projects ranging from £5m - £30m across various sectors.

Location: Chelmsford

Contract: Permanent, Full time

Salary & Package: Highly competitive

Responsibilities:

• Managing the day to day site operations
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, on time and within budget
• Ensure site records are maintained and kept up to date
• Manage site staff
• Health & safety

What are they looking for?

• Previous experience as the number 1 on site with a regional / national contractor
• Full UK driving licence
• Hold the relevant certifications: SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Experience working on Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Defence schemes up to £30m
