Senior Site Manager

Senior Site Manager opportunity working on a Reinforced concrete frame student accommodation high rise project in Leeds with a value of £50m.

This opportunity as a senior site manager with a renowned regional Tier 2 main contractor which are a currently the market leading contractor in the whole region with a circa 300+ apartments high rise in Leeds. Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior fit out to handover. Responsible for managing a full site team, chairing subcontractor meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.

• Responsible for managing a full site team
• Chairing subcontractor meetings
• Progress reporting and overseeing health & safety
• Checking the workmanship on site making sure it adheres to standards set.

• Proven Track record as a site manager who has demonstrable project deliver experience on high rise Reinforced concrete student accommodation or apartment developments.
• Experience Working with regional & tier 1 contractors
• Trade background or Degree BSC construction management.
• CSCS Black
• NVQ level 6
• Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client.

• Salary: Up to £65k + £5k car allowance
