Senior Site Project Manager (Audio Visual)

Location: London – Field Based

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum

Benefits: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company van, fuel card, credit card, tools, phone, laptop, pension.

Our client is a leading integrator of AV and lighting systems, specialising in creating immersive environments in bars, restaurants, and the leisure sector. With over 40 years of experience, they have built an impressive customer base, including some of the largest hospitality chains, and have completed projects on a global scale in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and the US.

Job Purpose Summary:

As a Senior Site Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the installation and commissioning process for AV and lighting systems in the retail and hospitality sectors in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1st and 2nd fix installation of sound systems, lighting, screens, audio systems, digital signage, control systems, and cabling infrastructure.
• Provide guidance and training to Junior Engineers.
• Act as the point of contact on site for client updates and queries.
• Lead teams of contractors and permanent staff throughout each project.
• Interpret schematics drawings.
• Commission AV control systems, lighting controls, and audio DSPs.
• Provide client training on the installed systems.
• Occasionally work away from home.
• Attend reactive service calls and perform preventative maintenance visits as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety policies.

Qualities and Skills Required:

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• 3+ years of experience as an AV Engineer.
• Commissioning experience with any of the following systems: Symetrix, QSYS, BSS Soundweb, Chamsys, Madrix, or Wyrestorm.

If successful in your application, you will receive an annual salary of between £36K - £40K per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a company van, fuel card, and credit card for expenses. All necessary tools will be provided, along with a laptop and phone.
