Senior Software Engineer

Location: Hybrid (Travel to London or Winchester office 1-2 times per week)Salary: Up to £71,000 (depending on experience)

Your Role:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
• Champion engineering best practices, including CI/CD and testing.
• Drive technical discussions and decisions to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with architects to design end-to-end solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Advanced proficiency in Python (or Java/Go/C# with a willingness to learn Python).
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Extensive experience with AWS and serverless technologies (e.g., Lambda, Step Functions).
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
• In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles and best practices.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience designing APIs and integrating with cloud-native solutions.
